Return policy

We ONLY offer STORE CREDIT for returned items. You will receive your store credit via email. We DO NOT issue refunds to the original method of payment. 

*Please note: if you placed an order for a pre-order item prior to 9/5/21, we will honor our previous return policy*

If you are unsure about sizing and would like to order two sizes in the same style and color, you can return the one that does not fit for a full refund to your original form of payment. This only applies if the dresses/jumpsuit are shipped out within the same order, not over multiple orders. If you return both items, you will receive a refund for one item and a store credit for the other.

To receive STORE CREDIT item(s) must be:

-Unworn, with tags still attached

-No trace of animal hair, deodorant, make up, strong smell such as perfume, body odor, smoke etc.

-Item(s) must be in RESALABLE CONDITION. We thoroughly check our products before shipment for any signs of damage. It is your responsibility to email us if you receive a defective item before returning.

Shipping + return window

Outgoing shipping costs are not included in the store credit and will not be refunded. Additionally, a $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit. There are no restocking fees. 

You have 15 days from the date of your order's delivery to drop off your eligible return at the post office. Please be aware we track orders according to the day they were scanned into the post office. 

Once your return has been delivered to Eternal Ivory, please allow  7-10 business days  for your return to be processed and to receive your store credit.

Exchanges

We DO NOT offer exchanges for any items at any time. If you need to exchange an item, please return your original order and use your gift card that was emailed to you. We do not honor sale prices on exchanges if the sale has ended.

We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. We have specific measurements for each dress under the sizing info on the product page. Store credit never expires. We offer a variety of bridal accessories, bridal gifts, bridal party necessities, and non-bridal dresses and know we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn’t work out.

Damaged/incorrect item received:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at customerservice@eternalivory.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item within 7 days of receiving your package. Do not submit your order on our return portal at the link above. If your item is damaged, do not wear the item! Once you have worn your item, it no longer qualifies for a return or "damaged item". 

Final Sale Items:

Items that say "Final Sale" in the description are not eligible for return for store credit. All final sale items are clearly marked at the top of the product description. Please pay close attention to this when shopping. This policy is firm and no exceptions will be made. 

Final sale items include swim, earrings, custom items, and any items ending in $0.99.

Swim:

All swim suits are FINAL SALE; no exceptions will be made.

Earrings:

Due to the hygienic nature of these items, earrings are not returnable. All earrings are FINAL SALE; no exceptions will be made.

Custom:

All custom items are FINAL SALE; no exceptions will be made.

 

We do NOT make price adjustments on any past or future orders.
