I saw an item on the website, and now it has disappeared, why?

We create carefully curated collection of exclusive, limited quantities and thus they may sell out fast. As our collections release, if there is a style you like we encourage you to purchase quickly. You can add your name to the waitlist if a product is out of stock in the chance that it may be restocked.

 

Do your styles run true to size?

Most of our dresses run true to size. However, we always recommend reading customer reviews, as well as the details under each product page as we provide information on how a particular dress runs. The size guide below is a general guide to our dress sizing.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders received by 12:00 PM EST will ship the same business day; orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends will ship on the next business day.

 

Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

At this time, we do not. Stay tuned for when we do!

 

What should I do if there is a shipping error?

For any issues with your billing or shipping address please email us at
customerservice@eternalivory.com to correct your information. If your order has already shipped we will need to update your address with the carrier. We recommend reviewing your order confirmation email after placing your order to ensure all information is accurate before your order ships.

If you received an incorrect item or size please let us know at customerservice@eternalivory.com before returning your order.

 


RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be dropped in the mail within this 7 day time period. All merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition with tags attached. 

To make a return, email us at customerservice@eternalivory.com. Please include your order number and reason for return and we will reply with a return shipping label. $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping label and restocking fee. 

All return requests made after 7 days may be returned for store credit less the $10 return shipping and restock fee. Items must be unworn and tag must be intact. You may return your purchase for store credit within 12 months of your order date. 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

If the price of your dress has changed, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your dress to receive a price adjustment.
