I saw that you offer dress rentals. How does this work?

If you're interested in renting a dress, simply email with the dress name, size, and date of your event that you need it for. 

Once we receive your request, we will confirm the dress is available in your size and date and ask you to book your rental via this link

You will receive your dress a week before your event to ensure it fits and we ask that you drop it in the mail the day after your event using the pre-paid shipping label. It's that easy! 

I saw an item on the website, and now it has disappeared, why?

We create carefully curated collection of exclusive, limited quantities and thus they may sell out fast. As our collections release, if there is a style you like we encourage you to purchase quickly. You can add your name to the waitlist if a product is out of stock in the chance that it may be restocked.


Do your styles run true to size?

Most of our dresses run true to size. However, we always recommend reading customer reviews, as well as the details under each product page as we typically detail how a particular dress runs.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders received by 12:00 PM EST will ship the same business day; orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends will ship on the next business day.


Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

At this time, we do not. Stay tuned for when we do!


What should I do if there is a shipping error?

For any issues with your billing or shipping address please email us at to correct your information. If your order has already shipped we will need to update your address with the carrier. We recommend reviewing your order confirmation email after placing your order to ensure all information is accurate before your order ships.

If you received an incorrect item or size please let us know at before returning your order.



If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 15 days from the date of delivery. All merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition with tags attached.
