Utilize Google Products

Google has many amazing tools to help you stay organized and on top of all your to-do’s! Here are a few of our faves:

Google Calendar is great for planning out all your vendor meetings, as well as keeping you on-time for all your planning sessions! You can set reminders, share your calendar with others, and even invite those (who are helping you plan) to different events.

If you’re a checklist-kind-of-gal, Google Keep will be your best friend. Google Keep lets you make to-do lists and check them off as you go.

It’s great for seeing your overall progress on a specific task, and you can even invite family and friends to help, by viewing your lists!

We have found that using products that allow you to share your progress with others, allows them to not only help you but keep you accountable when the going gets rough!

See Your Tasks in Action with Trello

Trello is a great free organization tool that works as both a calendar and a task sheet. Like Google, you can invite others to collaborate with you – expanding your reach to accomplish tasks quickly.

We love Trello because you can create categories and subcategories for each list. For example, you can have multiple categories with different sub-tasks under each one.

Trello also lets you chat within each subcategory. This comes in handy when you’re trying to remember the details of a specific task a few weeks later!

Hire a Wedding Planner

There is absolutely no shame in asking for help from an expert. Wedding planners bring so much expertise to the game and they also have tons of connections too!

Even if you love planning the details yourself, a wedding planner can bring a different perspective to the table, as well as take some of the weight off your shoulders.
